Medication Offered:

The four medications utilized by OnCall HLP to treat opioid and alcohol dependence include:

• Sublingual Buprenorphine with naloxone (Suboxone)
• Sublingual Buprenorphine without naloxone
• Injectable Buprenorphine extended release (Sublocade)
• Injectable Naltrexone (Vivitrol)
• Oral Naltrexone

Medical Insurance:

OnCall HLP is contracted with many private insurers and accepts Medicare and Massachusetts Medicaid products (i.e. MassHealth). OnCall HLP does not accept out of state Medicaid products.

No Insurance:

Self pay is an option for individuals who do no have or have lost medical insurance coverage.
